The 15th Annual Balcones Heights Jazz Festival promises to be bigger and better than ever. This free event, a South Texas tradition, kicks off Friday, July 11 at 7:00 p.m. at Crossroads Mall, 4522 Fredericksburg Road, at the intersection of Loop 410 and IH-10. The festival continues each Friday through August 11. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase.
